Barista station in Kengeri, Bengaluru
Barista Station covers Kengeri and the Bengaluru pockets around it — Jayanagar, Yelahanka and Manyata Tech Park included. Kengeri reads as a residential neighbourhood on our job sheets, which changes the setup, the timing and the menu.
Live coffee bars & barista hire in Kengeri
On our Bengaluru job sheets Kengeri is a residential neighbourhood — an outer locality where we schedule a slightly longer travel window and confirm the approach road with you before the vehicle leaves. Two different venues sit inside one address here: the flat and the society clubhouse or podium lawn. A function of 25 to 50 happens upstairs and is entirely about footprint and lift access; anything above that moves down to the clubhouse, where we get ground-level access, a board that carries two machines and room for a chai counter alongside. Most of our bookings in a residential belt are one or the other.
Nothing about that is unique to Kengeri alone — Jayanagar and Yelahanka next door behave similarly. What is specific is the logistics: 90–110 minutes for the crew to reach you from where they stage in Bengaluru, two crew, three to four lift trips, 20–25 minutes from vehicle to counter, and one visitor bay for about 45 minutes is all we need, but the society gate wants a resident's name, the flat number and an entry in the register. A WhatsApp message to your security desk the evening before removes the only genuine delay in a residential booking.

What events actually happen in Kengeri
Kengeri does not generate the same events as the rest of Bengaluru. As a residential neighbourhood, its calendar looks like this — and we have sized the kit and the crew around it.
The rhythm of a week in Kengeri
The weekend is the whole business: Saturday evening first, then Sunday afternoon, then Friday night. Everything else is festival-driven, and festival fortnights behave like muhurat dates — the entire neighbourhood books the same four evenings. Midweek is genuinely open, which is why a Tuesday office-floor booking or a Wednesday baby shower is the easiest yes we give.
We see 25–120 guests on a normal Kengeri job. The sizing is driven by the hour after guests settle, roughly 8:30–9:30 pm, when dessert and coffee land together: beyond about 60 guests inside that window we add a machine and a second barista rather than letting a queue form.
Plenty of Kengeri enquiries end up at a larger venue such as KTPO Whitefield. Same crew, same rate card, so it is worth telling us both options when you ask for a quote.
| Event in Kengeri | Why it happens here |
|---|---|
| Kitty Parties in Bengaluru | Regular in Kengeri. Pair coffee with a small pastry spread. |
| Anniversaries in Bengaluru | Regular in Kengeri. Print a photo of the couple on lattes. |
| Housewarming & Griha Pravesh in Bengaluru | A standing booking type here. Morning pujas call for chai; evening parties for coffee. |
| Birthday Parties in Bengaluru | Regular in Kengeri. Add a hot chocolate menu for kids. |
| House Parties in Bengaluru | Regular in Kengeri. One barista comfortably serves 40–60 guests. |
Typical size here: 25–120 guests. Busiest moment: the hour after guests settle, roughly 8:30–9:30 pm, when dessert and coffee land together.

High-rise: towers, service lifts and gate passes
Everything hinges on the lift. Our crates, the counter top and the compact machine are all sized to fit a standard passenger lift, because the goods lift is either booked by another vendor or out of service more often than anyone admits. We ask for a lift slot, and if the building insists on the service lift only, we take the slot it offers and shift our load-in time rather than arriving and waiting.
One visitor bay for about 45 minutes is all we need, but the society gate wants a resident's name, the flat number and an entry in the register. A WhatsApp message to your security desk the evening before removes the only genuine delay in a residential booking.
Domestic sockets are 6A and will trip under a commercial machine. What we actually use is the 16A point meant for a geyser, air conditioner or washing machine, or the clubhouse board. If neither exists we bring the compact single-group machine instead and plan the menu around it.
Before the crew leaves we want the flat or house number, the society gate entry or RWA permission, whether the lift is working, and which socket in the kitchen or utility area is a 16A point. That list is short on purpose — it is the four things that have ever delayed a Kengeri setup. Everything else, including counters, machines, grinders, cups, beans, milk, ice, water and bins, travels with us.

Why Kengeri is priced the way it is
Bengaluru sits on our Tier-1 rate card, roughly 15% above our Tier-2 city rates. That gap is real cost rather than positioning: metro venue access charges, in-house labour rules at large venues, paid basement parking for the load-in vehicle in areas like Kengeri, and higher barista wages. What you get for it is a larger standby equipment pool inside Bengaluru and the option of a second counter at short notice.

- 1
Tell us the Kengeri address and the date

- 2
Spec sheet to your venue or society
On confirmationWe send a one-page sheet asking for the flat or house number, the society gate entry or RWA permission, whether the lift is working, and which socket in the kitchen or utility area is a 16A point. For Kengeri that is the step that protects your timeline — everything else is on us.
- 3
Gate pass and lift slot
T−1 dayVehicle number, crew names and the service-lift booking go in 24 hours ahead. In Kengeri's towers this single step is the most common cause of a late load-in, so we chase it rather than wait for it.
- 4
Load-in, build and taste
T−2 hrsTwo crew, three to four lift trips, 20–25 minutes from vehicle to counter, then the counter goes up, power is tested on your own 16A point and the first shots are dialled in and tasted before a single guest sees the bar.
- 5
Service, then strike
Event + 45 minBaristas on counter for the agreed window — longer on request, and in Kengeri we expect the hour after guests settle, roughly 8:30–9:30 pm, when dessert and coffee land together. Afterwards a 45-minute strike that takes every crate, cup and coffee ground out with us.
