Why Bhubaneswar sits where it does on our rate card

Bhubaneswar is a Tier-2 city on our rate card, which means you pay our base national rate with no metro loading — typically about 13% less per guest than the same setup in Mumbai, Delhi or Bengaluru. Equipment travels from our nearest regional hub, so for very large Bhubaneswar events we confirm machine availability before locking the date rather than assuming it.

Every Bhubaneswar booking starts with a power check.
