Barista station in Electronic City, Bengaluru
We run beverage counters across Electronic City, Bengaluru — an office-park belt where the booking that comes up most is not the one you would expect. Here is how we actually work here, what it costs and how fast we can reach you.
Live coffee bars & barista hire in Electronic City
Almost every enquiry from this belt arrives from an HR, admin or workplace-experience team with a budget code attached, and almost none of them are for a weekend. The repeating briefs are the quarterly town hall, the engagement or wellness day, the client or auditor visit that needs the lobby to look expensive for four hours, the campus hiring drive, and the standing monthly barista day that a floor votes for after it has had one. That is what Electronic City is, operationally, and it is one of the first addresses clients name when they call us about this city, so our crew is working somewhere in this pocket most weeks of the year.
The Bengaluru crew that covers Electronic City also covers Bommanahalli and Yelahanka, so we know the approach roads rather than guessing at them. Budget 55–75 minutes of travel and then two crew, three to four lift trips, 20–25 minutes from vehicle to counter.
- 55–75 min crew travel to Electronic City from our Bengaluru base
- No travel charge anywhere inside Bengaluru
- Service lift or passenger lift — Crates break down to 1.1 × 1.4 m; two trips for a full espresso bar
- Tier-1 Bengaluru rate card, GST invoice and vendor onboarding
Electronic City is one neighbourhood inside a city we cover end to end. For the full Bengaluru rate card, the month-by-month demand calendar and every venue type we work in, see our main page for live coffee bar and barista hire in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
What events actually happen in Electronic City
What we are booked for in Electronic City is a direct consequence of what Electronic City is. As an office-park belt, the mix below is what a year of bookings here actually looks like.
The rhythm of a week in Electronic City
The week is front-loaded and the weekend is empty, except for the occasional family day or hackathon. Within a day, the shape is twin peaks: a mid-morning break and a late-afternoon one, with a long flat stretch in between where one barista on one machine is plenty. We staff the peaks and ride out the middle rather than keeping a full crew idle.
Typical size for an Electronic City booking is 60–400 staff per shift, and the counter is busiest around the 11 am and 4 pm breaks, when a whole floor arrives at once. We staff to that moment rather than to the headcount — one barista and one machine hold 50–60 guests comfortably over three hours, but a single-block rush needs a second machine well before the guest count says so.
If the function outgrows Electronic City itself, the same crew covers the bigger Bengaluru venues — BIEC among them — and we carry the brief across unchanged.
| Event in Electronic City | Why it happens here |

| Conferences in Bengaluru | A standing booking type here. Plan one espresso machine per 250 delegates per 20-minute break. |
Typical size here: 60–400 staff per shift. Busiest moment: the 11 am and 4 pm breaks, when a whole floor arrives at once.

High-rise: towers, service lifts and gate passes
Everything hinges on the lift. Our crates, the counter top and the compact machine are all sized to fit a standard passenger lift, because the goods lift is either booked by another vendor or out of service more often than anyone admits. We ask for a lift slot, and if the building insists on the service lift only, we take the slot it offers and shift our load-in time rather than arriving and waiting.
Visitor and vendor parking is in the basement and almost always needs a pre-issued pass against a vehicle number. We send registration details with the booking so the crew is not negotiating at the boom barrier with 90 minutes to set up.
Office floors have plenty of UPS-backed 6A sockets and very few 16A ones. The 16A point usually exists in the pantry or the AV room, and getting permission to use it is a facilities decision, not a reception decision — so we ask for the facilities manager's name up front.
Before the crew leaves we want a facilities or admin contact, a gate pass against the crew's vehicle number, a booked service-lift slot, and the location of one 16A point near the serving area. That list is short on purpose — it is the four things that have ever delayed an Electronic City setup. Everything else, including counters, machines, grinders, cups, beans, milk, ice, water and bins, travels with us.

Why Electronic City is priced the way it is
Bengaluru sits on our Tier-1 rate card, roughly 15% above our Tier-2 city rates. That gap is real cost rather than positioning: metro venue access charges, in-house labour rules at large venues, paid basement parking for the load-in vehicle in areas like Electronic City, and higher barista wages. What you get for it is a larger standby equipment pool inside Bengaluru and the option of a second counter at short notice.

Booking an Electronic City date is five steps, and only one of them needs anything from you after the quote is signed.
- 1
Tell us the Electronic City address and the date
Day 0Street or society name in Electronic City, floor, guest count and the window you want the counter open. We come back with a written quote inside two hours during working hours, and we will say plainly if your date is already full in Bengaluru.
- 2
Spec sheet to your venue or society
On confirmationWe send a one-page sheet asking for a facilities or admin contact, a gate pass against the crew's vehicle number, a booked service-lift slot, and the location of one 16A point near the serving area. For Electronic City that is the step that protects your timeline — everything else is on us.
- 3
Gate pass and lift slot
T−1 dayVehicle number, crew names and the service-lift booking go in 24 hours ahead. In Electronic City's towers this single step is the most common cause of a late load-in, so we chase it rather than wait for it.
- 4
Load-in, build and taste
T−2 hrsTwo crew, three to four lift trips, 20–25 minutes from vehicle to counter, then the counter goes up, power is tested on your own 16A point and the first shots are dialled in and tasted before a single guest sees the bar.
- 5
Service, then strike
Event + 45 minBaristas on counter for the agreed window — longer on request, and in Electronic City we expect the 11 am and 4 pm breaks, when a whole floor arrives at once. Afterwards a 45-minute strike that takes every crate, cup and coffee ground out with us.
- Comfortable lead time
- 2–3 weeks
- Enough for the quote, venue sign-off and crew rostering in Electronic City
- Same-week slots
- Often available
- Mid-week short notice is realistic here because corporate briefs change late; a Friday-evening engagement event at 24 hours' notice is routine.
- Shortest notice
- 48 hrs
- Subject to crew and machine availability in Bengaluru that day
- Branded cups & counter
- +10 working days
- Print and delivery time, on top of the lead time above
